How quickly will you send my order?

If you have purchased an item from our FASTER DELIVERY SECTION all UK & International orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
.
If you have purchased an item which is NOT in our faster delivery section, these items will be dispatched within 5-7 days as they are being sent from our  worldwide warehouses.
 
Customs & Import Duties for International Customers:
 
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Where is my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email to the email address you provided at checkout (if paying with Paypal, this may fill automatically)
 Your tracking number will be provided for both UK and International customers and is located on your dispatch email, you can also track the status of your delivery through our website's "Track my Order" page.

Do you deliver on Public Holidays?

We are unable to deliver on Public and Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date.

Why is footwear not sent with boxes?

We love our planet, and as such we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, and with that in mind we have also reduced the amount of packaging we use in an effort to be more climate conscious. As such all footwear will be sent packaged with  a dust bag and a protective bubble wrap cover.

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your new order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it, this specially applies if the order is already in transit on it's way to you.
For all occasions dresses and gowns please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed as these are handmade to order.
If something additional is needed asap such as a different size or colour, please place a new order for this and return the unwanted items back to us.
